4.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of any person
• Circumvent MPG in connection with a confidential listing, as described in our Confidentiality Policy
• Use contact information obtained from the Site for unsolicited bulk communications

5.Forms, Submissions & Netlify Processing

Contact forms, buyer inquiry forms, seller valuation requests, and NCNDA request forms on the Site are processed using Netlify Forms and routed to MPG for review and response. By submitting a form, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy. All forms on this Site are governed by, and submission constitutes acceptance of, our Privacy Policy.

6.No Offer or Solicitation

10.Limitation of Liability

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Website Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

13.Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Website Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Confidentiality Policy, these Website Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MPG regarding use of the Site.
